#2. Beta Services & Platform Evolution VaultFrame is currently in active **Beta**. You acknowledge that features, user interfaces, security protocols, API limits, and pricing structures may change dynamically and without notice. Downtime, service disruptions, or unexpected functional updates may occur.
#3. User-Generated Content & Media Ownership You retain absolute and exclusive ownership of all media files, catalogs, metadata, structural logs, and descriptive records uploaded to VaultFrame. We do not claim any proprietary rights or ownership over your assets.
#4. Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States.
