1. Introduction & Operator Identity

Welcome to VaultFrame, a digital media storage, search, metadata, and version control platform operated by Ghostline Digital (referred to herein as "we", "us", or "our"), founded by Steven Lamotte Jr. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

Please read these terms carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use or access VaultFrame.

2. Beta Services & Platform Evolution

VaultFrame is currently in active Beta. You acknowledge that features, user interfaces, security protocols, API limits, and pricing structures may change dynamically and without notice. Downtime, service disruptions, or unexpected functional updates may occur. The platform is offered "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" during this finalization phase, and paid subscription plans remain unavailable.

3. User Accounts & Registration

To use VaultFrame, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete registration information. You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials (username, password, and session identifiers).
• Restricting access to your authorized workspace environment.
• All activities that occur under your account, including files uploaded by team members.

4. User-Generated Content & Media Ownership

You retain absolute and exclusive ownership of all media files, catalogs, metadata, structural logs, and descriptive records uploaded to VaultFrame. We do not claim any proprietary rights or ownership over your assets. By uploading content, you grant VaultFrame a limited, non-exclusive license to process, query, generate previews for, and distribute your assets solely to fulfill your storage requests within your isolated workspace.

5. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Content

Your utilization of VaultFrame is bound by our Acceptable Use Policy. You are strictly prohibited from uploading malware, corrupted files, unlicensed copyright-infringing materials, or using the platform to execute denial-of-service attempts. Security testing, pen testing, or code scanning without explicit, written authorization from Ghostline Digital is prohibited.

6. Storage Limitations & Resource Allocation

During our Beta program, accounts are allocated a complimentary storage volume (10 GB for standard Beta tiers). We reserve the right to enforce resource limits on file sizes, transfer bandwidth, bulk operations, or database records to protect system stability.

7. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without prior warning, to suspend or terminate your access to VaultFrame for violations of these Terms, non-compliance with the Acceptable Use Policy, or activities that threaten the network integrity of the platform.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

VAULTFRAME IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. GHOSTLINE DIGITAL AND ITS DEVELOPERS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, TIMELY, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT UPLOADED MEDIA DATA WILL BE COMPLETELY IMMUNE TO CORRUPTION OR LOSS DURING THE BETA PHASE.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL GHOSTLINE DIGITAL, ITS FOUNDER STEVEN LAMOTTE JR., OR ITS CONTRACTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, STORAGE FAILURE, DATA CORRUPTION, OR SECURITY INCIDENTS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR UTILIZATION OF VAULTFRAME.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without regard to principles of conflicts of law.
